Privacy notice

Rivet Builders LLC collects the details you submit through the demo and broker-application forms (name, company or brokerage, contact details, market, license information) to respond to your request and, for brokers, to verify licensing. We keep the marketing source of your visit (UTM parameters, landing page, referrer) in a first-party cookie for 30 days and attach it to your submission.

Our site analytics are our own. They record page views, which sections people read and which buttons they click, with the same marketing source. They never record what you type into a form, passwords, property details or anything inside the signed-in product.

We do not sell personal information. Property information in the product comes from government records. Owners who ask us not to contact them are permanently excluded. Questions: david@rivetbuilders.com.
