In writing within 48 hours of a walkthrough. We do not re-trade after inspection.
Cash
No mortgage contingency. Proof of funds is shown to your attorney before you sign anything.
Deposit
10% at contract, held in escrow by your attorney.
Contract
Our attorney sends a contract within five business days of agreed terms.
Closing
30 to 60 days, or later if you need it.

Staying on
